- Act as SAP S/4HANA OTC functional lead for sales, pricing, availability, delivery, billing.
- Collaborate with business users and IT/integration teams to document requirements and integrations.
- Design/configure SAP OTC modules; translate requirements into functional specs; support testing.
- Drive SAP integrations with external systems (IDoc/EDI/middleware); monitor interfaces and data integrity.
- Provide post-go-live support; troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate master data and pricing governance to support OTC.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, Business Admin or related.
- 6–8 years SAP OTC/SD functional experience; S/4HANA preferred.
- Experience with full lifecycle SAP implementations and sustainment.
- Strong experience designing and supporting SAP integrations (IDocs, middleware, EDI, APIs).
- Expert SAP SD/OTC configuration: order types, pricing, deliveries, billing, credit management.
- Excellent communication, analytical and data integrity skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
