- Act as the functional lead for SAP S/4HANA OTC: order entry, pricing, billing.
- Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather requirements (IDocs, middleware, API).
- Design and configure SAP OTC modules, translating needs into functional specs.
- Drive SAP integrations with external systems via IDoc/EDI/middleware; ensure data integrity.
- Provide post-go-live support: troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analyses.
- Work with master data, supply chain and logistics to govern OTC data.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related.
- 6-8 years SAP OTC/SD experience; including recent SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with full life-cycle SAP implementations (preferably S/4HANA) and sustainment.
- Experience designing and supporting integrations (IDocs, middleware, APIs) between SAP and external systems.
- Expert SAP SD/OTC configuration: orders, items, schedule lines, deliveries, billing, pricing.
- Solid understanding of integration concepts and landscape: IDoc types, interface design, middleware tools (SAP CPI or equivalent).
