Senior IT ERP Analyst, OTC

📋 Description

• Act as the functional lead for SAP S/4HANA OTC: orders, pricing, availability, delivery, billing, and master data.
• Gather and document requirements and integration needs (IDocs, API, middleware).
• Design SAP OTC modules; translate requirements into WRICEF specs; support design, build, test, go-live.
• Integrate SAP with external systems via IDoc/EDI/API; monitor interfaces and data integrity.
• Post go-live: troubleshoot, root-cause analyses, corrective actions, improvements.
• Collaborate on master data, supply chain, and pricing governance for OTC.
• Drive continuous improvements with SAP best practices and new features.
• Create training materials and ongoing user support.
• Participate in project planning, change control, release mgmt and governance.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IS/CS/Business Admin or related.
• 6–8 years in SAP OTC/SD; S/4HANA experience.
• Full lifecycle SAP implementations (S/4HANA preferred).
• Experience designing and supporting SAP integrations (IDocs, middleware, EDI, APIs).
• SAP SD/OTC configuration: orders, pricing, credit management.
• IDoc types, interface design, middleware (SAP CPI or equivalent).
• Translate business problems into functional specs; liaise with devs; end-to-end delivery.
• Analytical, problem-solving and data integrity skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with tech and business audiences.
• Manage multiple priorities in dynamic cross-functional environments.
• Familiar with project lifecycle and change management (testing, cutover, support).
• Onsite 4 days/week from one of: Broomfield, CO; Salt Lake City, UT; Atlanta, GA; Pearl River, NY; Cerritos, CA.
• Preferred: Configurable or make-to-order manufacturing experience.
• S/4HANA advanced features: ATP, Fiori, BRF+.
• Experience integrating with CRM/e-commerce platforms or trading networks.
• AI tools experience.
• SAP certification in SD/OTC or S/4HANA.
