- Act as the functional lead for SAP S/4HANA OTC processes.
- Gather OTC requirements and integration needs (IDocs, API, middleware).
- Design SAP OTC configurations; translate requirements into WRICEF specs.
- Drive SAP integrations with external systems (IDoc, EDI, middleware) and monitor interfaces.
- Provide post go-live support: troubleshoot, root-cause analyses, corrective actions.
- Collaborate with data governance for master data, supply chain, and pricing in OTC.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor7s degree (or equivalent) in IS/CS/Business Admin or related.
- 6 8 years SAP OTC/SD functional experience; SAP S/4HANA preferred.
- Full lifecycle SAP implementations (S/4HANA) and sustainment experience.
- Design/integration expertise: IDocs, middleware, EDI, APIs with external systems.
- Deep SAP SD/OTC configuration knowledge: orders, pricing, deliveries, billing.
- Onsite 4 days/week at listed locations.
