Senior IT ERP Analyst, OTC

📋 Description

• Act as SAP S/4HANA OTC lead: sales order, pricing, availability, delivery, billing.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to capture requirements and integrations (IDocs, middleware, API).
• Design and configure SAP OTC modules; translate requirements into WRICEF specs; support testing and go-live.
• Drive SAP integrations with external systems via IDoc/EDI/middleware; monitor interfaces.
• Provide post go-live support: troubleshoot, root cause analyses, and improvements.
• Coordinate with master data, supply chain and logistics for data governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Admin.
• 6-8 years SAP OTC/SD functional experience; recent SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with full lifecycle SAP implementations (preferably S/4HANA) and sustainment.
• Experience designing and supporting SAP integrations (IDocs, middleware, EDI, APIs) with external systems.
• Expert SAP SD/OTC configuration knowledge: order types, deliveries, billing, pricing.
• Strong integration concepts: IDoc types, interfaces, middleware (SAP CPI or similar).
• Onsite 4 days/week at one of these locations.
