- Act as the functional lead for SAP S/4HANA OTC: orders, pricing, delivery, billing.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and integrations (IDocs, API).
- Design/configure SAP OTC modules; translate requirements into specs and support go-live.
- Drive SAP integrations with external systems via IDoc/EDI or middleware; monitor interfaces.
- Post go-live support: troubleshoot, root-cause analysis and improvements.
- Govern material, customer and pricing data for OTC with master data teams.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IS/CS/Business Admin or related field.
- 6-8 years SAP OTC/SD functional experience, incl. S/4HANA.
- Full life-cycle SAP implementations (preferably S/4HANA) and sustainment.
- Design/support integrations (IDocs, middleware, EDI, APIs) between SAP and external systems.
- Expert SAP SD/OTC configuration: orders, items, deliveries, billing, pricing.
- Onsite 4 days/week at specified U.S. locations (CO/UT/GA/NY/CA).
