Senior IT ERP Analyst, OTC

📋 Description

• Act as the functional lead for SAP S/4HANA OTC: sales order entry, pricing, deliveries, billing.
• Collaborate with business users and IT/integration teams on requirements and integrations (IDocs, middleware, API).
• Design and configure SAP OTC modules; translate requirements into WRICEF specs.
• Drive SAP integrations with external ordering, e-commerce, CRM or partners via IDoc/EDI/middleware.
• Provide post go-live support: troubleshoot, root-cause analyses, improvements.
• Ensure data governance for material, customer and pricing data in OTC.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, CS, Business Admin or related.
• 6–8 years in SAP OTC/SD functional roles; SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Experience in full life-cycle SAP implementations (S/4HANA) and sustainment.
• Proven experience designing and supporting integrations (IDocs, middleware, EDI, APIs).
• Expert SAP SD/OTC configuration knowledge: orders, pricing, deliveries, billing, credit.
• Strong data integration concepts; middleware tools like SAP CPI.
• Ability to translate business problems into functional specs; liaison with developers.
• Excellent communication and multi-priority management in cross-functional teams.
• Onsite 4 days/week at one of: Broomfield, CO; Salt Lake City, UT; Atlanta, GA; Pearl River, NY; Cerritos, CA.
