- Act as the functional lead for SAP S/4HANA OTC
- Manage sales order entry, pricing, availability check, delivery
- Collaborate with business users and IT teams on requirements and integrations (IDocs, API)
- Design and configure SAP OTC modules; translate requirements to functional specs
- Drive SAP integrations with external systems via IDoc, EDI or middleware
- Provide post go-live support; troubleshoot issues and implement improvements
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Admin, or related.
- 6–8 years SAP OTC/SD functional experience; S/4HANA preferred.
- Full life-cycle SAP implementations and sustainment support.
- Experience designing and supporting SAP integrations (IDocs, middleware, EDI, APIs).
- Expert SAP SD/OTC configuration: orders, pricing, billing, credit management.
- Knowledge of integration concepts and middleware tools (e.g., SAP CPI).
