- Lead SAP S/4HANA OTC: order entry, pricing, availability, delivery, billing.
- Collaborate with business users and IT teams on requirements and integrations (IDocs, API).
- Design SAP OTC modules; translate requirements into specs; support build and go-live.
- Drive SAP integrations with external systems via IDoc/EDI/middleware; monitor interfaces.
- Provide post-go-live support: troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
- Govern master data and pricing for OTC; coordinate with supply chain and logistics leads.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IS, CS, BA or related field.
- 6-8 years in SAP OTC/SD with recent SAP S/4HANA experience.
- Experience with full life-cycle SAP implementations (preferably S/4HANA) and sustainment.
- Experience designing and supporting integrations (IDocs, middleware, EDI, API) with external systems.
- Expert SAP SD/OTC configuration: order types, deliveries, billing, pricing, credit management.
- Strong understanding of integration concepts and middleware (IDoc, interfaces, SAP CPI).
