Senior IT ERP Analyst, OTC

📋 Description

• Act as the functional lead for SAP S/4HANA OTC: orders, pricing, delivery, and billing.
• Gather, analyze and document business requirements and integration needs (IDocs, middleware, API).
• Design/configure SAP OTC modules; translate requirements into functional specs (WRICEF) and support go-live.
• Drive integration between SAP and external systems via IDoc, EDI, or middleware; monitor interfaces.
• Provide post go-live support: troubleshoot issues, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Work with master data, supply chain and logistics to ensure data governance for OTC.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• 6–8 years in SAP OTC/SD with recent SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations (preferably S/4HANA) and sustainment.
• Experience designing and supporting SAP integrations (IDocs, middleware, EDI, APIs).
• Expert SAP SD/OTC configuration knowledge (order types, pricing, deliveries, billing, credit management).
• Strong integration concepts and middleware knowledge (IDoc types, interface design, SAP CPI or equivalent).
