Senior IT ERP Analyst, OTC

📋 Description

• Act as functional lead for SAP S/4HANA OTC: orders, pricing, delivery, billing, and master data.
• Gather and document requirements and integration needs (IDocs, middleware, API).
• Design/configure SAP OTC modules; translate needs into specs; support testing.
• Drive SAP integrations with external systems via IDoc/EDI/API; ensure data integrity.
• Provide post-go-live support: troubleshoot, root-cause analyses, corrective actions.
• Ensure data governance for materials, customers, and pricing with master-data/logistics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, CS, or Business Admin.
• 6–8 years SAP OTC/SD functional, including S/4HANA.
• Experience with full life-cycle SAP implementations (S/4HANA) and sustainment.
• Proven design and support of integrations (IDocs, middleware, EDI, APIs).
• Expert SAP SD/OTC configuration: orders, pricing, deliveries, billing.
• Strong integration concepts: IDoc types, interface design, middleware tools (SAP CPI).
