Maintain office infrastructure quality and performance (networking and security)
Collaborate with frontline support for a growing team

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of IT operations in a fast-growing startup or cloud-native tech company
Fluency with Okta for SSO, universal directory, access provisioning, and identity governance
MDM platforms including Kandji and Intune
SaaS administration including Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, 1Password, Claude
Networking concepts: TCP/IP, SD-WAN, ZTNA, VLANs, ACLs
Physical building infra: Verkada/Genetec, Q-SYS, Dante AVoIP, Zoom Rooms, Crestron
Shell scripting, infrastructure-as-code, and API/iPaaS automation
