🎯 Requirements
- Several years in Corporate IT/Internal IT in SaaS/tech.
- IAM experience, ideally Okta administration.
- Device management across macOS/Windows; Jamf and Intune preferred.
- Broad SaaS environment management and internal systems ownership.
- ITSM foundations: incident, request, change, and problem management.
- Experience with Jira Service Management and service desk platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting across identity, endpoints, apps, and infrastructure.
- Automation via APIs, webhooks, or low-code tooling.
