- Site visits to client sites (4-hr or 8-hr blocks)
- Consult with clients to research solutions and implement projects
- Improve processes, document workflows, train users
- Respond to ad-hoc requests and escalate tickets as needed

- Travel to client sites and coordinate with the NYC office when not on site
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of general IT support experience
- Extensive macOS and Windows desktop experience
- Addigy/Jamf/Intune MDM experience
- Active Directory / Azure AD; Microsoft 365 and SaaS familiarity
- Public Cloud (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) experience
- Authorization to work in USA
