🎯 Requirements

- Proven troubleshooting for enterprise macOS/Windows with security focus.
- Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, Duo, Entra ID, or similar.
- Scripting/automation: Python, Bash, PowerShell, or equivalents.
- Experience deploying IT applications and client platforms at scale.
- Strong communication and collaboration across distributed teams.
