- Lead IT automation across identity, cloud access, endpoint mgmt, and SaaS tooling
- Design and maintain Okta configurations and integrations (SSO, MFA, lifecycle, provisioning)
- Build joiner/mover/leaver workflows with Okta, HRIS, GCP, and ticketing systems
- Develop automation using APIs, scripts, IaC, workflows, and AI-enabled tools
- Evaluate and deploy new automation approaches with secure, iterative methods
- Partner with Security, HR, Engineering, and Business Systems teams globally for scalable solutions
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in IT Engineering, IT Automation, IAM, or Systems Engineering
- Hands-on Okta and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience
- Okta: Workforce Identity Cloud, SSO, MFA, SCIM, and workflows
- GCP IAM, service accounts, and access controls
- Experience supporting globally distributed remote environments; MacOS devices
- Scripting/Programming (Python/PowerShell/Bash/JS) and IaC; Zero Trust security
