📋 Description

• Provide first-line IT support via Slack, email, tickets, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues, focusing on warehouse tech.
• Train end users on internal tools to boost confidence.
• Maintain asset tooling and keep asset management platform up to date.
• Maintain knowledge base with updated articles for self-service support.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to resolve blockers.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years IT support or similar technical role.
• Excellent communication and customer-first mindset.
• Basic understanding of computers and how they work.
• Highly organized with planning in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel to other sites every other month by car.
