- Own and SME for Aurora's collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack) and SaaS stack.
- Define strategy and roadmap; build automations and integrations.
- Build automations/workflows to cut manual effort.
- Design identity and lifecycle automation (onboarding/offboarding) and SaaS integrations.
- Drive Enterprise AI adoption; partner with Security, IT, and Engineering.
- Support incident and alert platforms and resolve cross-team issues.
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in IT/Software or Systems Eng focusing on enterprise apps, integrations.
- Experience administering Google Workspace and Slack at scale.
- Experience with incident/alert platforms (FireHydrant, OpsGenie, PagerDuty).
- Proficient in Python and JavaScript/Google Apps Script; strong API/webhook integrations with Workato.
- IAM and lifecycle automation (Okta, SSO, SCIM).
- Understanding API usage, cloud-native architectures; hands-on with AWS or GCP.
- Strong collaboration with IT, Software, Ops, and Security leadership.
