Senior IT Analyst

📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and contractors.
• Own asset management for endpoints, cloud assets, domains, and certs.
• Establish inventory reconciliation across discovery tools such as Torii and MDM.
• Deploy and maintain endpoint management with a focus on macOS and Jamf.
• Manage core SaaS platforms including Okta and Salesforce.
• Write scripts to automate IT tasks (Python or TypeScript) and improve ops.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years IT operations experience; fintech/banking or compliance-adjacent preferred.
• Strong macOS proficiency; working knowledge of Windows, Linux, iOS, Android.
• Hands-on with Jamf, Kandji, or similar MDM.
• Experience managing asset inventories beyond endpoints (virtual infra, SaaS, non-traditional assets).
• Experience with IAM, MDM, and SaaS tooling; cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Python or TypeScript scripting; familiarity with NIST, CIS, ISO.
