Provide expert-level support for one or more tools.
Assist with software deployments, system updates, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure a secure, stable IT environment.
Monitor IT systems for performance and security.
Work on-site in the Bangalore office 4 days a week to support local and remote operations.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 5 years in IT administration or related role.
Expertise with O365, OKTA, Kandji, Intune, or Jumpcloud.
Strong IT infra, troubleshooting, and systems management skills.
Certifications or degrees in IT, CS, or related fields preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across teams.
On-site in Bangalore office for 4 days a week.
Time management and task handling for the Europe IT lead.
