📋 Description

• Own Hover's IT: build integrations and automation with AI tools.
• Analyze data from Okta, Jira, and systems to spot patterns.
• Build security infrastructure and a customer-facing trust center.
• Automate laptop collection, asset tracking, and offboarding workflows.
• Support SF/NY offices and remote staff with IT, AV, and access mgmt.
• Own project plans independently and collaborate with Workplace/People Ops.

🎯 Requirements

• Okta (SSO, provisioning) and Jamf (Mac/iOS) administration.
• GitHub Enterprise administration, org access, and SSO.
• AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) for tooling.
• SOC 2 Type II familiarity and security questionnaires.
• Cisco networking fundamentals; Google Workspace, Jira, Slack.
• Troubleshoot Apple hardware for distributed workforce.
