  • Serve as the primary IT support contact for 300+ employees across the U.S.
  • Support macOS and cloud-based tools in a fast-growing environment.
  • Own issues end-to-end, digging into root causes and delivering solutions.
  • Assist with onboarding: device setup, provisioning, live onboarding.
  • Keep office networks, conferencing, and AV systems running smoothly.
  • Partner with Security to protect accounts, devices, and data (SOC 2).

  • 2-4 years IT support in a fast-growing startup; macOS focus, some Windows.
  • Cloud-first with Jamf, Google Workspace, Okta, Intune.
  • Experience with Jira Service Management or similar; automate workflows.
  • Deploy/maintain conference rooms, networking, desk tech.
  • Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis; service-minded.
  • Ability to juggle priorities; triage by severity/urgency.
