📋 Description

• Manage portfolio of client invoice acquisitions with minimal oversight
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with utility providers and internal teams
• Recommend and implement improvements to invoice receipt and tracking
• Train and mentor team members to support growth and knowledge sharing
• Ensure invoice activities comply with tax regulations, accounting standards, and policies
• Support onboarding of new properties and cross-functional collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• Independently manage and troubleshoot invoice acquisition across multiple clients
• Maintain invoice data accuracy and compliance with standards
• Resolve moderately complex issues with sound judgment
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless invoice operations
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and written communication
• High school diploma or equivalent
