🎯 Requirements

7+ years of experience in investment operations, fintech, or financial services
Deep knowledge of EU and Nordic regs (MiFID II, AIFMD, SFDR, EMIR)
Proven track record supporting regional or global operational models
Experience with investment managers and SaaS-based systems
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams across time zones
