🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field; advanced degree encouraged.
- 6+ years in investment banking, M&A, or private equity with deal execution from sourcing to close.
- Track record in buy-side M&A, roll-ups, or multi-site acquisitions a plus.
- Strong financial statement analysis, advanced Excel modeling, and valuation methodologies.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable owning independent deal work streams.
- Strong written/verbal communication; able to present complex analyses to diverse stakeholders.
