Partner with origination to identify, evaluate, and close target counterparties.
Support cross-functional initiatives across origination, underwriting, structuring, and portfolio management.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees encouraged
5+ years in finance, credit, law, or advisory roles with exposure to complex assets
Strong financial analysis, advanced Excel modeling, and asset valuation
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to own independent workstreams
Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
