Lead oversight of 150-200 GP investments across strategies and geographies
Develop scalable frameworks for portfolio monitoring and performance tracking
Partner with investment teams on quarterly updates and monitoring business plan progress
Deliver quarterly investor reporting, deal snapshots, and accounting detail
Build AI-enabled reporting tools to automate workflows and improve data integrity
Support investor relations with timely, insightful responses

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in institutional RE portfolio management, reporting, IR
Strong problem solver; decisive in ambiguity
AI-native/fluent; eager to leverage tech to improve efficiency
Familiar with RE partnership accounting & tax reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication; translate complexity clearly
Team-oriented; able to work collaboratively
