Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and FinTech on inventory at P&L and BS level
Prepare monthly flux variance analyses
Lead projects on inventory controls and integration
Document and maintain inventory controls, including physical inventories and SOX
Coordinate monthly accounting activities: JEs, reconciliations, accruals, reporting
Use Excel and NetSuite to analyze inventory and ensure accuracy

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting
7-10 years experience in manufacturing or cost accounting
GAAP knowledge for inventory; SOX compliance and cycle counts
Excellent Excel skills
ERP experience; preference for NetSuite/Snowflake
Manufacturing or e-commerce distribution industry experience, Big 4 audit experience, and public accounting experience preferred
