Build bottoms-up sales forecast for carryover and seasonal styles for international markets.
Ensure buys meet financial targets and KPIs.
Present seasonal buys to the buying director and leadership teams.
Manage Open-To-Buy, gross margin targets, and SKU/Unit plans for assigned categories.
Drive growth with Merchandising on seasonal assortment: category split, store capacity, SKU breadth.
Analyze in-season and post-season sales to inform actions and carryovers.

🎯 Requirements

BA or BS preferred
7+ years buying/planning/merchandising
Experience with Europe & Asia markets a plus
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
Creative, results-oriented with strong prioritization and PM skills; detail-oriented
Team player; can work independently in fast-paced environment
MS Office proficiency: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Mentor/manage an additional team member
