🎯 Requirements
- Significant tech audit/IT risk or information security experience in financial services.
- Proven experience leading teams or mentoring auditors in professional services or in-house audit.
- Strong understanding of technology risk and control frameworks (e.g., NIST, COBIT).
- Experience delivering end-to-end audits and managing a portfolio.
- Ability to translate complex tech issues into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
- Desirable: cloud platforms (AWS/GCP); regulatory change programmes; certs (CISA/CISSP/CISM).
