🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years aerospace mechanical experience or related field
- FAA Airframe and Power Plant license (nice to have)
- Experience with fastener/torque, testing, avionics, bonding
- Able to operate hand and pneumatic tools with calibrated tools
- Fast-paced production environment experience handling flight hardware
- Must be able to climb ladders and work in tight spaces
