  • Assemble, test, and install flight hardware components and systems.
  • Focus on assembly, install, and testing for Terran R production.
  • Collaborate with production, integration engineers, and quality teams.
  • Operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to build flight hardware.
  • Document job operations and translate engineering requirements into production steps.
  • 2nd shift schedule: 3:30 PM–2:00 AM PT with ~50-hour weeks plus overtime.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years aerospace mechanical experience or related field.
  • Experience in fast-paced production handling flight hardware and critical operations.
  • Wide range of technical skills: fastener/torque, secondary retention, testing, avionics, bonding.
  • Able to set up and operate hand and pneumatic tools with calibrated tools and measuring devices.
  • Must be able to climb ladders and work in tight spaces.
  • FAA Airframe and Power Plant license.
