🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years building production automation with Make (preferred) or alternatives; Python/JS scripts.
- Workday Finance/HCM integrations; EIBs, Studio, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Design and deploy AI-powered workflows, including LLM-based agents and POCs.
- Get it Done mindset: proactive, self-motivated in fast-paced environments.
- Strong stakeholder management; communicate with Finance and People & Culture teams.
- Curiosity: eager to learn new tech in a rapidly evolving landscape.
