Lead analytics for new and existing car products
Collaborate with Actuarial, Ops, and Underwriting on coverage, pricing, eligibility
Analyze data to inform feature development, state strategies, and positioning
Build dashboards and reports to track core metrics and impact
Monitor impact of product changes and state launches; identify growth opportunities
Support QA testing for new features to ensure seamless rollouts

🎯 Requirements

3+ years P&C experience, preferably personal lines
Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for reporting and dashboards
B.S. in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Insurance, or related field
Experience analyzing and interpreting large data sets
Excellent analytical skills; identify trends and make actionable recommendations
Strong project and product management; drive initiatives independently
