🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years in instructional design or enablement for technical audiences; senior portfolio.
• Craft succinct narratives/decks for senior technical leaders; shaping message, structure, and visuals.
• Data storytelling: comfort with metrics/qualitative signals; contextualize data and derive insights.
• Learning design: strong ADDIE/SAM grasp; blended learning with measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional writing/editing for technical audiences; strong editorial judgment.
• Program and stakeholder management: plan roadmaps/backlogs; facilitate reviews with cross-functional SMEs.
• Technical fluency: SDLC and Agile/DevOps concepts; translate work into content.
• Tool adaptability: fast learner across Crunchyroll’s tools; connect systems to streamline ops.
• Portfolio required: applications must include a portfolio.
