Conduct needs assessments with SMEs and learning performance managers.
Apply learning science and design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s) and WCAG.
Test content for cross-platform compatibility and SCORM/xAPI.
Evaluate training effectiveness via assessments and metrics.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in instructional design for business, preferably customer support.
2+ years leading peers on complex design projects.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
Self-motivated with strong time management and problem solving.
Collaborates across time zones and cultures.
