🎯 Requirements

8+ years of industry experience
Hands-on production experience with observability systems
Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Kafka, Vector, VictoriaMetrics (vmagent, alerting)
Experience with logging pipelines: design, deployment, refactoring
Understanding of distributed tracing and SPM
Kubernetes cluster lifecycle management (EKS preferred)
