Design, deploy, and maintain production observability stacks (logs, metrics, traces)
Scale observability infra across data centers and Kubernetes clusters
Own logging pipeline architecture and refactoring
Improve distributed tracing coverage and drive adoption across teams
Manage EKS upgrades, node exporters, agents, and collectors
Automate operational tasks to reduce toil and improve stability

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of industry experience
Hands-on production experience with observability systems
Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Kafka, Vector, VictoriaMetrics
Experience designing, deploying, refactoring logging pipelines
Understanding distributed tracing and SPM built on tracing
Experience with Kubernetes lifecycle management (EKS preferred)
