🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of industry experience
- Solid hands-on observability experience
- Familiar with OpenTelemetry, Kafka, Vector, VictoriaMetrics (vmagent, alerting rules)
- Experience with logging pipelines (design, deployment, refactoring)
- Understanding of distributed tracing and SPM
- Kubernetes cluster lifecycle management (EKS preferred)
