Define architectural, structural, civil, electrical, mechanical, and MEPF needs for test sites.
Act as owner’s rep to consultants and contractors for infra work.
Coordinate with test ops teams across infra, fluids, electrical, C&C, and mech.
Develop construction drawings, RFPs, bidding, and subcontractor management.
Plan, install, and operate test site solutions to meet cost and schedule goals.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural eng or related discipline
5 years aerospace or construction exp with field work and PM
Design docs, drawings, bidding, and contractor selection
Construction management, field supervision, permitting, QA/QC, safety
Travel up to 50% and licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
Architectural, Structural, Civil, and MEPF design, construction, operation
