🎯 Requirements

5+ years building and operating large-scale cloud-native systems (SRE/DevOps/infra).
Deep production Kubernetes experience: controllers, CRDs, Helm/Kustomize, autoscaling.
Infrastructure-as-Code at scale with Terraform.
Strong software engineering in Java or Python; read/extend other languages as needed.
Demonstrated leadership: mentoring peers, driving cross-team initiatives.
