- Experience leading high-severity incidents in SaaS/cloud environments
- Strong executive communication skills under pressure
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams during incidents
- Drive accountability and lead complex incident response without authority
- Knowledge of cloud environments, networking, SaaS, APIs, distributed systems
