🎯 Requirements

- Strong ITIL knowledge and full incident lifecycle expertise.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, especially with executive stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with PagerDuty, ServiceNow, New Relic, CloudWatch, or similar tools.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; AWS training or certification.
