🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in incident management or IT operations.
  • Strong ITIL knowledge and the full incident lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with PagerDuty, ServiceNow, New Relic, CloudWatch, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating multiple teams under high-pressure conditions.
  • AWS training or certification.
