  • Lead the daily release process as part of release management.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in incident management, operations, or technical support.
  • Able to communicate critical issue status to executives, GTM teams, and others.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Lead, decide, problem solve, and move between roles within teams.
  • Prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience leading technical incidents to resolution.
