🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in incident management, operations, or technical support.
  • Able to communicate critical issue status to executives and involved teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Lead and make decisions; problem solve; flexible to move between roles.
  • Prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience leading technical incidents and driving to resolution (on-call or incident manager).
