  • Payments industry experience advantageous.
  • Proficient with Jira Service Management, incident.io, FireHydrant, PagerDuty, Slack.
  • Strong root cause analysis and problem mgmt; apply SRE principles.
  • Able to influence cross-functional and executive stakeholders; clear comms.
