📋 Description

• Lead Incident Command: establish command and control during cross-functional incidents.
• Coordinate response across software, hardware, IT, and cybersecurity domains.
• Be a 24x7 Incident Management Team member; drive improvements.
• Design and drive projects to mature incident response and observability.
• Develop cross-functional partnerships for real-time incident response.
• Deliver executive communications on active incidents to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in incident command, crisis response, SRE, or NOC/SOC leadership.
• Broad technical acumen across on-vehicle compute, IT, cloud, NOC, SOC.
• Familiar with monitoring and observability in distributed systems.
• Calm and decisive under pressure during high-stakes events.
• Executive briefing skills; brief leadership in real-time.
• Excellent attention to detail; meticulous incident timelines.
• Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
