Interact with fund back offices to collect data and advise on onboarding
Book and reconcile accounting records; reproduce Capital Calls and Distributions
Resolve data migration escalations and onboarding issues
Manage onboarding for medium to high complexity new clients pre go-live
Build strong client relationships; provide white-glove service on-site

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent
5+ years in accounting; VC Fund Administration experience
Strong accounting analysis; reproduce financial statements
Build strong client relationships; manage multiple clients; meet deadlines

Proven influencer; managed small & large projects with measurable success
