🎯 Requirements

- 2+ years ERP full lifecycle implementation experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of data/database tech and SQL.
- Experience with Smartsheet or other PM software.
- Analytical problem solving and attention to detail.
- Strong focus on quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Strong PM skills; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, active listening, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willing to travel up to 30% for multi-day engagements.
- Preferred: Sage X3 ERP, process manufacturing, and distribution.
